FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

1.) What do I need to order medication?

Two things are required by the state of California to get medical marijuana.
a.) A valid and current medical marijuana recommendation from a physician; and
b.) Proof of residency in the state of California.

2.) How do I sign-up and place an order with ArtCart LA?

You can complete our Member Collective Agreement/Patient Sign-up Form. Provide all of the required details and upload your physician’s recommendation and valid California identification.

3.) Do you have a storefront?

We currently do not have a storefront, but we are EVERYWHERE! We a dispensary on wheels. Members and patients are notified of our daily locations.

We are licensed and permitted to conduct business all over the state of California. We serve Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, San Diego counties and beyond.

4.) What delivery options do you offer?

ArtCart LA offers personal delivery within a mile radius of our current location.

5.) Is ArtCart LA available for private events?

Absolutely! All private events and parties require a 4-hour minimum to reserve the “cart”. Our wonderfully fun Event Director is an entertainment industry veteran who’s coordinated and executed some amazing projects over the past 15 years. Please contact our Event Director at events@artcartla.com.

6.) What if I would like a delivery but am outside of your area?

We would deliver for a nominal fee.

7.) Do you have a minimum on orders?

Yes, minimum order of $120 is required.

8.) What payment methods are accepted by ArtCart LA?

We accept cash donation for medicinal and all major credits cards for artwork, vape products and fashion merchandise.

9.) Should I tip the ArtCart LA driver?

We love our drivers, so we are bias. If you feel they have provided professional and courteous service and want to tip them, feel free to do so. Tips range from a couple dollars to 5%-20%. But know there is NO obligation to tip.

10.) What if I do not like something?

If you have any issue with any of our medicines or products, please notify us immediately. In accordance with CA law, we cannot accept returns on any medication. We can, however, offer credit towards something else within three (3) days. Please email us at orders@artcartla.com should you have any issues.
